Richard has spent 30 years working in and owning construction and concrete companies, building crews from a handful of people into operations employing 150.

  • Founded and grew Triple B Construction (Williston, ND) from 3 employees and $75K revenue to ~150 employees and $20M annual revenue, with multiple gravel pits and ready-mix plants, before selling in 2014.
  • Operations Manager, J3 Advanced Engineering (Williston, ND) — oversaw 70+ employees across ready-mix, sand, and gravel with $25M annual revenues.
  • Owner, Rhino Ready Mix — Williston, ND and Chandler, AZ ready-mix operations, run today by the Sargent family.
  • Puerto Rico builder — 14 concrete homes completed for major contractors, with capacity geared toward 100 homes per year using Symons forming systems.
